【 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 】
All orders are sent via REGISTERED AIRMAIL.
Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping information, as Khana Jewelry is not responsible for any delays or for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
The jewelry is made to order, therefore, shipping may vary from 1 to 7 working days.

Applicable custom taxes, fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, please check with your local customs office to get specific tax and duty information. We apologize for any inconveniences.


▲Can my order be tracked during delivery?
All orders have a Japan Post tracking number. Contacting these couriers and quoting your tracking number will enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders – once parcels have arrived in your country you will need to track your parcel via your countries postal service by quoting the same tracking number.

返品について

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品、交換には応じません。
※サイズ、イメージと違う等のお客様都合による、返品・返金・交換は一切承っておりません。
※ピアスは衛生上、開封・未開封に関わらず、商品到着後のご返品はお受け致しかねます。（初期不良を除きます）

初期不良・弊社手違い等合った場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問合せフォームよりご連絡を頂いた上で返品を受付けます。また、原則としてお客様都合による返品はお受けできませんので、予めご了承下さい。
返品に関しましては、以下【返品の条件】をご確認下さい。

以下の場合のみ返品をお受け致します。
・不良品の場合
・注文した商品と異なる品が届いた場合

その他、以下のような商品の返品についてはお受けできません。
・到着後8日以上経過した商品
・お客様の過失により破損した商品
・開封済み・使用されてたいた場合

在庫がある商品につきましては交換のお手続きをさせて頂きます。
在庫のない商品につきましては返金のお手続きをさせて頂きます。

返金手続きについては、商品返品後7日前後となります。
返金の際には指定頂いた口座への振込となりますので、
手数料については、当社負担となります。

We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 7days since the day of the item was delivered.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

If the return is accepted, we will send the address to send back via email.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on your personal preferences.
※Please, note that due to the nature of the product earrings are strictly not eligible for returns and exchanges.
We cannot approve exchanges or returns, if the item is used or taken out of the original packaging.

If the item is damaged or stained due to your error, we cannot approve returns.

Please remind that shipping charges including import taxes must be paid by you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We will not refund any shipping charges or import taxes.
Depending on where you live, the item may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary.
